The large cupped tiles that form the exterior envelope are aesthetically pleasing (actually quite beautiful!), durable, and give our property a unique look and enhanced value in our neighborhood. Unlike other local buildings with brick or other conventional exteriors, we are showing no signs of weathering or deterioration after 20 years from original construction. As president of our condo board I’m pleased that we’re saving lots of money by not needing costly scaffolding and NYC local law 11 mandated repairs. I strongly endorse using Millennium Forms tiles as a cost-saving, beautifying feature of building construction.”
